Born and raised in a farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, Alessio approaches the world of cooking and its products since childhood.
The culinary traditions of his Grandma Vilma and his aunts accompany him up to the age of twenty, when he starts to work in the restaurant business and immediately understands that this is what he is made for. He becomes head chef in a few months and begins his ascent.

Moving on from the kitchens of star chefs, head chef to the great Florentine restaurants, from the most important Tuscan trattorias to international catering, he creates his extensive and unconventional training, which allows him to develop his own vision of cooking.
