I am a Chef and my idea of cooking is an enchanting fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern culinary expression, all coming to life in the heart of my kitchen. It’s a harmonious and balanced rendezvous that starts from the rich flavours of my homeland and blossoming into innovative pairings, always guided by an unwavering value: the absolute quality of the ingredients.

The restaurant of the Relais de Charme La Pietra del Cabreo, born from my meeting with the Folonari family.

The first food and wine shop in the Florentine Chianti, in San Casciano, opened with my partner Marcello Crini.
