We are Chefs, and we want to show you how food and wine are the aspects that can really make a difference during your event. The caterer plays a key role in the perfect success of each of your events.
Ours is an express kitchen, we prepare all the dishes on-site – even the fresh pasta! – before being cooked and served.
FOOD TASTING
In the welcoming atmosphere of our “La Cucina” laboratory in Impruneta, on Tuscan hills, you can taste the dishes that inspire you most among our proposals, with wine pairing, alone or in the company of your Wedding Planner. During the tasting, you will have the support of the Chef and a maître who will advise you, tasting after tasting, and will assist you in creating a tailor-made menu, a menu that can truly represent your tastes.
WINE & COCKTAILS
Our sommeliers and bartenders will recommend you the best wine and drink pairings based on the chosen menu. On the day of the event, they will be present during the aperitif, the dinner, and behind the bar counter during the party, to serve the chosen wines and prepare the best cocktails, and signature cocktails on request.
MOBILE KITCHEN
It’s not a food truck, it’s our mobile kitchen!
An equipped kitchen on wheels that allows us to cook even in the most unexpected places and to be even quicker and more efficient in preparations, without having to install a temporary kitchen with gazebos in the villas’ catering space.
FURNITURE & TABLE SETTING
We also deal with setups and table settings, collaborating with trusted suppliers for the rental of the necessary mise en place and furniture, such as chargers, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, napkins, tables, chairs, tensile structures, floral decorations and accessories.
