In an old carpentry workshop along a historic street in Impruneta, you can find “La Cucina” our laboratory and restaurant.
A location with a cozy atmosphere, elegant and intimate at the same time, the dining room has a large central table and a country-chic style kitchen.
La Cucina is open everyday, it also hosts our cooking school as well as a schedule of exclusive events available on our website and facebook page.
Restaurant. We are open to the public everyday for lunch. Every detail is meant to give you a special moment, from the menu to the preparations, from the wine pairing to our selections of whiskeys, rums and bitters from our collection. You will see our chefs at work, while our cared but not intrusive service will guarantee the unique and exclusive experience you were looking for.
Cooking school. At our premises, cosy like a traditional home kitchen, you can learn the tricks of Italian culinary tradition and try different recipes. You can book single or group lessons, daily or weekly. Each program is designed around your needs and requirements, all you have to do is contact us and we will find the solution that satisfies you.
