Among the streets of the historic village of Impruneta, inside an ancient carpenter’s shop, there is our “La Cucina” laboratory.
We strongly wanted such a lived-in place, which could give us a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, like that of a real home kitchen.
In the main room, we carry out cooking classes: exclusive private classes, upon reservation, where our professional chefs will teach you the tricks of the Italian culinary tradition and you can experiment with various recipes. You will be the one to get your hands dirty, transforming yourself into a Chef for a day and then tasting everything you have prepared, sitting around the shared table.
The classes and recipes are totally customizable, to guarantee you a unique and tailor-made experience and satisfy your taste!
The secondary room, however, is the beating heart of our work as catering and home delivery services: our kitchen, where the ideas take form, and we begin all the preparations for your events!
